That Mentos and Diet Coke domino clip was way too cool!  My first thought was, "Boy, I'm glad I don't have to clean THAT up!"

I'm a science teacher, and a site that I use a lot for attention getting experiments is:

http://www.stevespanglerscience.com/experiments/

Lots of fun, he explains how to do that Geyser experiment, dry ice experiments...

I agree! Steve Spangler is a favorite of mine too. I even have a link to his site on my PL support site! In fact, there is a link to the Dry Ice Bubble seen on the PL website. Would love to try his glow in the dark slime!

I just remembered one we tried long ago.  I think it was originally designed as a prank- you fill a 5 gallon bucket 3/4 full of warm water and add a bottle of dishwashing soap.  Put it on someone's doorstep, dump in dry ice, ring the doorbell and run!  It becomes a massive foam generator

The first time I tried it with dry ice pellets and it worked great.  The second time was a block of dry ice and it didn't work as well.  Maybe a block broken up into small pieces would work better.
