Does anyone know of a resource to calculate how many people you can accomodate at an event?  We plan to do staggered registration.  I have a flow created for Night in Bethlehem...11 stations/stops with the longest stop being 10 minutes and the shortest stop 5 minutes.  The stations/stops can accomodate from 10-40 people.  I only want 10 people/2 families in the stable at the last stop.  My thought is that the shortest amount of time and smallest about people should be how to flow the event....every 5 minutes, 10 people can come in....but I feel like we could handle more.  Just trying to think this out and wondering if anyone knew of any rules.  We are going to have to cap our registration and I want to maximize the people who we can have come.
