The Cassadaga Community Baptist Church in Cassadaga, New York is seeking a part-time youth pastor for a trial period of one year.  The youth pastor's primary responsibility will be ministry to the children and youth of the church.  The youth pastor will be asked to teach either junior or senior high Sunday school and will be in charge of the youth group and their activities.

The youth pastor will promote outreach into the rural communities of the Cassadaga Valley School district through youth events, participation in community events, and one-on-one outreach to youth.

The youth pastor must demonstrate a strong personal commitment to faith in Jesus Christ and a love for God's word.  We are looking for someone who is able to provide a background in youth work either on a professional or volunteer basis.

Church accountability guidelines and salary package will be discussed at the time of the interview.
