I did this last year.

These would go for about $1.20 - $1.50 each(depending on the candy you use). $1 metal wisks from a dollar store, some candy (preferrably Kisses, but any will do), clear or Christmas print cellophane wrap, twist ties or ribbons and labels.

1. Fill wisks with candy.

2. Wrap with cellophane.

3. Twist at top and tie with wire or ribbon.

4. Print labels with the message:
We Wisk you a Merry Kissmas (if you use kisses) or Christmas with
             any other candy.

We have tried lots of things over the years.  We have a large ministry, with almost 300 volunteers.

We make homemade cookies and goodies for everyone, we get some cool little container from oriental trading and fill it with the goodies and a card of appreciation and prayer.  This sounds simple and it is a little work but it leaves our team feeling like they are part of the family.

Nothing else we have ever done has created the buzz of these little bags of goodies.  It also is a great way to get others interested in your ministry.

I just want to share my big blessing, although is after Christmas, but we always can save ideas, right? I was really sad because I didn't have no money and no time to do something for the staff and I was really praying about that, and the Lord as always is faithful! He always put the blessing right in front of us, we just need to be aware! I was praying for something simple and touching. I was at Pathmark (supermarket) and by Christcidence I saw this pkg of holiday tissue for $0.25. I begin to grab all the ones that was "Peace, Noel, Christmas tree and lots more" I got a few extras of crayons and kids' arts, just in case I run out, because I like to give to everybody that helps us out during the year (lots), when I went to the cashier to pay, they had a reduced price - $0.12 each!! I was screaming inside of me! You know how the cashier and people around look at you in this cirscunstances, but my heart was rejoicing! I did a label and put a candy cane in each one!

That was a simple and useful gift! Everybody loved it! I got so many compliments! PRAISE THE LORD!
