What areas of Children's Ministry do you find yourself in need of more workers?

What areas are the easiest to staff?

We find ourselves short workers in Preschool cl during the first Sunday school hour. That is the same time as our more contemporary worship service and most popular young parents Sunday school class making our pool of potential workers even smaller.

Preschool is the hardest to fill.  And our 2nd service (rock music, contemporary style) is the hardest overall.  That one has the most kids because the young families like the service and also my teen, young adult helpers want to go to service instead of help at that time.  The older people who attend the 1st service are all very old and have done their teaching 50 years ago.

Trying to get parents in as helpers and maybe will become subs.....

The most vocal parent complainers never set foot in a class.  ugh.

We have the same challenge. We have Sunday School at both worship hours. The 9am contemporary service hour Preschool Sunday School hour is stilling recruiting teachers.
