I am in need of flannel/felt board materials. I have the felt board but nothing to use with it. We are very small church and don't have the budget to spend on Betty Lukens or Felt Source supplies because they are so expensive. I've tried making some myself but they just don't look right. If you have any that you would be willing to donate to our sunday school class, we would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

Could you print out images from online and use those?  I'm not sure what goes on the back (I've never used flannel boards) but I'd imagine that either an adhesive interfacing or rubber cement would give pieces what they need to grip the felt.

Look at sites like

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/clipart/default.aspx

http://www.christianfreebies.com/clipart.shtml

or do a Google search for a specific character and check out the "images" page.

You could get the velcro dots and put them on the back of pictures you print off of the computer.
