I just read the rev mag article on assimilation of guest in Rick Warren's website from Rev.mag. I think some of the advice here is very practical. However it is fostering "consumer Christianity" big time. When will we strive to be the Acts 2 church and let the chips fall where they may? i.e. let those who want the "best show in town" go down the block while we continue to make disciples. They aren't looking for the best show.
