OK--is anyone else having trouble with the toy box?

I started the registration process but then it said there was a problem.  Now when I log on it doesn't go anywhere but back to the main log in screen.

Help!

Once you log in, you will always have to select the VBS theme before it takes you to the Toy Box. This is to accommodate churches that are having more than one VBS. If you are unsure about whether you have set up a profile due to an error message, then try registering again (using the same email address). If your profile has been set up, then it will tell you that your user name exists and to click here to log in. Try logging in using the user name and password that you set the account up with when you got the error message. If you forgot your password, click the forget my password and it will email it to you. If you continue to have problems please contact our customer support.

Good luck!

Ok, i didnt use the toolbox last year, but I have a question. Can you ADD kids your self to the toolbox or do they have to go through the web page? I would like to add them as well as the volunteers, but it wont work. Maybe i am missing the whole point of the tool box. help!

The way I add kids is simply treat them like I am their parent logging onto our web page.

Last year we used the toy box and it was awesome.  I simply linked it to our church's homepage and parent's went and signed up their kids (and themselves as volunteers).  I have NEVER had that many pre-register--even with lots of begging.

However, you always have those parents who would rather fill out a paper form or who don't "do" the internet.  For them, I simply go to our page and act like I am that parent.

Hope this helps!

PS--If there is an easier way with this year's new perks--I would love to know.  I haven't had enough time to really work on ours yet.  I just have it set-up basic right now!

OK--I have been driving myself crazy with this--finally figured out my problem.

When I enter my email and password I am so used to hitting ENTER--if I do that it takes my right back where I was and I have to re-enter everything again.  If a WAIT (that is so hard for me to do ) and click the log-in button, no problems!!!!!

Ah yes, I figured that out too.  I was hitting enter and it was registering it as another character in my password, thus making my password incorrect!

When I try to edit volunteers or crews, I am getting an error.

Just letting the moderators know.

**Edit...nevermind, it's fixed.
