Our Preschool is 3 year olds - 5 year olds... How do we use web toy box for them? I can register rising K through 6th, and that's great, but I'll have about 80 kids in preschool, and I need to track their ages and such.

You could ask for the child's date of birth as one of your custom questions so that you will know the ages of your preschoolers. This way you could track the age of your preschoolers.

Chris-

I just registered my youngest son as a test.  There is a preschool & nursery option in the signup.

I haven't tried to assign to crews yet though.

hello,

your vbs director can modify the participants registration form under "customize" site. there, he/she can add the grade levels they want. I beleive they can choose "preK". if you want it to be more specific, you can add another question like "What age is your child?" then, you could sort the "preK' kids by that age.

hope this helps
