| | I am asking you all for special prayers. My husband and some of his family are going to Soul Korea soon. His Mom and Her sister's Grandfather or Great Grandfather was a missionary in Korea. He was a Dr as well. He was the first too be able to treat the emperor Daughter. See you could not put your eyes upon her. Well she was very sick and he got the rice paper removed so he could help her. Durring this time his wife had twins that passed away. In the momery of those twins the Emperor gave two goblets . Those goblets were later on given too Tom's mom's Parents for the birth of two twins My husbands mom and sister. The Grandfather also help start a universary to train other Doctors. Well the 100 aniversary is coming up. They are going to be a part of this celebration and Praise the Lord they are picking up the Tab for the stay there. Plus for the places they go too. No I am not going with them . My thoughts will be there with them. Such a special time . Especailly his father was suppose to go on this trip. Now the trip is going to have some of his sisters and brother plus aunt uncle and Mom. Thank you for your prayers. Also pray as I am helping come up with a small gift for him to have to give people. This is something that is expected in Soul Korea. God bless Doreen

| | So far I have only found 6 pins. They are the shape of Maryland with the state bird and Flag on them. I need more than that. I am going to look at our hospital in the area. My son is working there two days a week with the program he is in. He graduates from High school next year. Do any of you all have ideas. My mother in law said it would be could to have something from my area. God bless Doreen

| | Try visiting your nearest museum's gift shop, a book store gift area, college book store, any local attractions with a gift shop, specialty stores (tourist traps), ect. If you are from a large town, maybe a visitor center would have something? Gas stations on major routes sometimes have items also. Would postcards of your area be o.k. for some of your handouts? They are inexpensive and easy to have on hand. How many items are you going to try to take for handouts?

| | Husband wanted some special things like pins and other small things to pack. They are even holding a dinner in their honor. I will be busy with VBs why'll he is gone planning and getting decorations started. Ordering items etc. Pray as A team is formed to make vbs a success. we have allot happening at our church this year as well. Aid Expo coming in June , July vbs. 5 day club in aug. This is so cool. Reaching out to others. Bring other churches together as well. God bless Doreen

| | We found the gifts and Now I have to find a way of wrappping them . They like them wrapped and open them after you leave. So much we have learned trying to get ready for this trip. They schedule they sent is quite busy so I hope I hear from him some. Please keep my husband and his family in your prayers. They sound like they will be treated like royality. Just with all that we have seen. Prasing the Lord they are picking up the tab on the stay there and so we don't have to worry about the cost of the stay. Lots of dinners with people too and ceremonies. I can't wait to see what he comes home with and pictures. They just have so much happening I wish I was going too. Someone has to keep the kids going to school etc. Thank you for your prayers God bless Doreen

| | Just wanted to share whats happening so far on this trip for my husband. They have learned that a Missionary of the Lord Made a big difference to Soul Korea. What started out a going to help heal people ended up something that change the lives of many in Korea. The University started out with only 7 future Korean Doctors. Now they have 250 doctors being trained in a class an a wonderful Budget as well to train them all. Wow so amazing and what wonderful way the Lord is Sharing this with My husband family. They are being treat wonderful. The people are taking them all over and Feeding them well as well. Will share more soon when I learn more . God bless Doreen
