Hello, we just ordered Grapple and will hopefully begin to use it this Sunday. We are excited but at the same time, struggling to bring it all together. Anyways we have a special situation and was wondering if anyone has a similar situation or if the people from Grapple can help me out.

Here goes...

We have chosen to use Grapple in place of "kids church" for the 4th-6th graders. We still plan on having praise and worship time and offering like a normal service but have chosen to use this approach instead of a conventional children's church curriculum. We are excited about breaking up the kids into small groups. So what's the problem. Well we have 3 services each Sunday and in each one we have a different group with a different teacher. So how can I make Grapple work for us? It will be next to impossible to have kids vote on subjects and see what groups are winning since we are dealing with three entirely different groups on one Sunday. Ideally it would be great if each teacher/service could have their own site so that they can be dealt with seperately. Is that possible?

Please Help

In His Service

Doris

The only way to get three separate sites is to purchase three separate Grapple Paks for your groups. Each Grapple Pak comes with one site, and we don't currently have the ability to separate one serial number/registration into separate "sub" sites. I would suggest that you just play the games that win the most votes overall in all three of your cl to avoid needing to purchase three separate paks. The benefit of keeping your site as one is that all the kids from all services will be able to interact with each other online. If you separate them, and you have a few friends in your first service that really want to communicate with their friends that go to third service, then they wouldn't be able to. So keeping it all together makes it to where all your kids are communicating so that if they come to a different service one week, they feel like they belong.

Does that help? If I haven't answered your question, please e-mail me directly mtowers@group.com
