Our church is new to using Web Toy Box and I am brand new (week 2!) of directing a VBS, so I have a couple of questions for all of you with experience out there.  Here goes: 

1.  Is it possible to email reminders to the participants and volunteers from Web Toy Box? 

2.  I want to set up a registration table at church with 2 computers for people to register on.  I was thinking of having some activity or hands on thing for the kids to do while their parents get info and register.  Anyone done this?  Any suggestions?

I'm so glad someone else mentioned this idea!  I've thought about doing it for my Jerusalem Marketplace!  What about doing something like a marble maze?  Just take a large piece of wood or carboard and take strips of wood and create a maze for marbles!  Or try the dryer vent idea with the play pen balls.
