Ok.  So I'm working on my supply list thinking I can get a lot of the games and snacks donated.  However I looked at day 1 which suggests that there is one bubble solution per crew.  We're going on faith that we'll have 100 kids (20 crews).  That means I need to ask for the following:

40 gallons of distilled water
120 cups dawn soap
80 cups corn syrup

Is this right?  Can I possibly use the sames solution and have 3-4 pools set up?  Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks-

Kate

Wow...when you put it that way it sounds like way to much!  I'm wondering if you could get away with one or two per rotation.  If not your talking $50 or more for this one game considering you have to buy distilled water.

Group...any clarity?

I don't have the games manual in front of me, but USUALLY in games it is one per crew THAT IS THERE.  So you need enough materials for 5 crews (as many as will be there at any given time), not 20.  But again, I'm not looking at the game, so I could be wrong!

Right, but 20 crews will come through there, needing a total amount of supplies to accomodate 20 groups.

That would make much more sense.  That way I'd only need 3-4 pools instead of 20.  I'll see what others think.

Well, you wouldn't need 20 pools either way because you only have 4 or 5 crews in games at one time...so that is the most # of pools you would need...the question is how much of the water and bubble solution total do we need.

Anybody from the VBS test have any answers?
