Is there a way to add a PDF or word document version of the registration form so that parents can download it and turn in a paper form?
Also, is there a way to add a fax number?

Thanks,

Garet Ellis

I have the same question. Our director likes the form we came up with better than the web registration form because we include a registration worksheet that helps parents calculate their discounts.
Also, is there any way to turn off the volunteer registration portion of the website to allow families just to watch the video?[/
Thanks.size]

You can set the "volunteer registration ends date" in the VBS profile to be a date prior to today.  Then the Volunteer Registration option doesn't show.

I'm assuming it will work the same way for Participants.
