| We are trying to make our Power Lab as colorful as we can. Our station signs will be on colorful poles (the ones we used for FIESTA) at the end of each row of chairs. We will make big beakers of colored poster board, attach on the pole near the top, and then add balloons like they are bubbling up from the flask bubbling up to the top of the pole. At this point it is an idea. We may have to add to the poles for the right effect. I plan on using different colors for each crew. Does anyone know if balloons can be stuck into place using glue dots? Will they dissolve the balloon? If no one knows, I guess I will the first week in June! I love the great ideas I get from the creative folks on this forum. Bless you!! Bonnie in Alaska |

| We're doing our Sonic Sing & Faith Finale in an open floor fellowship hall. No chairs or pews. Any suggestions for signage in there?

We also have ours in a large open room, so our crew leaders have hand-held signs. I think we've used poster board (or maybe foam?) in the past (larger pieces cut in 1/2), printed 2 copies of their crew 'logo' on our color printer, and used packaging tape to stick it all together. (Tape the logo on the poster board, tape the stick on the back of one of the poster boards, tape the 2 poster boards together so you can see the logo on either side, then tape it really good to the paint stick where it sticks out of the poster boards.
These 'mobile' crew signs go with the crews everywhere - usually the crew leaders will assign an camper each day to be in charge of it so it doesn't get left behind at any station And I think the past couple years we have made sure we get crew leader bags that are large enough to put the signs in, too.
God Bless!

How about writing the crew names on the balloon or taping a piece of printed cardstock to them?

| | We have latex allergies in our church, so the balloons aren't going to be an option. I think we might do the foam board signs. Thanks all!

| I don't think helium balloons are made of latex.

| | Our opening/closing will be in a room without chairs - I made large 'chemical' spills out of brightly colored plastic table cloths. I am going to tape them to the floor and tape off each area for each crew (by color). Hopefully it will look fun and serve the purpose. Tammy in Texas |
