| | Yikes! I just found out that our Mission team will be running 2 Powerlab VBS programs at 2 sites, simultaneously! 30 children ages 6-12 at site 1 75 children ages 6-12 at site 2 Hours 10-12:30 (lunch break), then 1:20-2:45pm I've been looking at scheduling and staffing and so far I think I can un both sites with a total of 18 volunteers (mostly youth), but Station leaders will have to take on at least two or more station assignments. The schedule would give us close to 4 hours with the children and Powerlab is a solid 3 hours so I think we can stretch out to fill 4 hours - if I can use all the tech. based Stations. If I can't get access to TV/DVD, I won't be able to do Spotlight Drama or Chadder's, so any modification ideas you've used successfully would be very helpful to me. I'm so excited that we will be able to minister to so many kids. I just need suggestions to create the best experience possible!!

| | We are also taking VBS on the road! We just finished one in our own church and are taking a group of 14 to Reno to minister along-side a church out there. I am struggling with how to make it super-effective outside. Any ideas would be awesome!!! As for two sites...bravo! I will be praying but don't have much in the way of ideas at the moment! | As far as TV/chadder, are you doing it outdoors? If so have you concidered using a generator for power? We have done outreach in the past and that is what we did when we could not run extension cords. Just an idea. God bless you!! I am stressed out about one vbs, can't immagine doing 2 at the same time (although I do 2 a year).
