Many of our Volunteers don't have email... (I KNOW that's odd, but it's true.)
Some of the questions we added don't need to be *Must reply.
Individuals can't access their entry once they submit...even if they left things blank. We're finding we have to go back and manually fill in those boxes so we could accept their entry.
