| Wabash County Illinois has the month of June 2008 covered with VBS. Begining dates: Keensburg Christian June 1, Lancaster Church of Christ June 8, St Sabastian Catholic Church June 22. Each year area church's network, share ideas, decor and make donations to each other for the use of items, we did not have to purchase. It has worked for the past several years and what a blessing to encourage each other and share in the VBS ministry of s-o-o-o many churches. I have been a VBS director for 25 years. One year our VBS "stuff" was used by 12 churches over the summer and then was sent on to the "Red Bud Mission" a Methodist Church mission in the Smoky Mountians. God's word was spread through Group's VBS program.

| | Immanuel Lutheran Church in Downers Grove, IL is doing Power Lab 7/14-7/21. We are fully staffed and are having our staff training on Saturday. I have been checking the forum for ideas and anything else that may help. We are really looking forward to bringing God's word to all of the kids with such a fun theme! |

| | St John's in Bloomington is using Power Lab. Our VBS is the last week in July and always interested in pooling resources with anyone else in the area. We are very excited. | | Ok! So now we all know who is doing Power Lab in IL. Do we plan on sharing our decorations as well? I would be happy to share some of ours. We are mostly doing large cutouts of the characters and beakers/flasks on walls. Bubbles, atomic balls, etc. What is everyone else up to? Lynn from Immanuel |
