We have a small church with only about 20 children who come to VBS every year.  We're on a limited budget but I'd still like to do Power Lab.  I think the children and volunteers would really have a lot of fun, especially since it's so hands-on- hopefully even bring more families into the church community.  So my question is, what all do I really need to pull this off??

I know I will need the music CD and Chadder's DVD.  Are all of the games, treats, crafts, etc in the Power Lab Director Manual or will I need to buy each individual leader manual?  The website is pretty vague about the science area of the program.  Does the Cinema Science Kit include everything for all five days or will I need to purchase a lot of materials?  How about the beakers and stuff?  Is it worth buying the Starter Kit??

Help!!

If you go to the site for group's VBS power lab you can click on the starter kit and find exactly what's in it--it does include all the leader manuals. You may find it cheaper to buy the components you want so you might add up you desires vs. all the stuff in the kit. The cinema science kit has sufficient materials to only have to buy one to carry out your VBS. Crafts are dependent on your choices as are the student books.
