| I have been using Grapple during our Sunday School hour with my CLUB 456 group (grades 4,5,& 6) since September (when we kicked off our new preteen ministry). I love the curriculum - they respond well to it - I love all of the options - so do they. What I really totally LOVE is the way that it has them digging into the scriptures & getting to know their way around the Bible better (both Old & New Testament). We use the REALife Bibles from Zondervan. They have been able to relate what they're learning to their lives & issues they are facing. I also love the media connections options, games, & video clips to expand the lessons. In fact since we began using it, I haven't seriously considered switching to anything else - its such a perfect fit for our needs. I love the Parent Connection & all the web features for teachers (email lessons, download clips, etc.) That being said, I do not find that my preteens are using the website features at home, as many others have commented here. BUT, they have had fun playing the games & exploring the website during our "free" time when I have brought my laptop up to our room. So, I would say if you are looking for a great curriculum that deals with preteen issues & has them digging into their Bibles each week, order Grapple today - even if they never use the website features (& I see it becoming more & more appealing for them) it is SOOOO worth it!!!
