Not to be a know-it-all or anything, but anyone can click on pastorjoe's name in the left side of any of his posts, choose "view profile" and then click on his link to his main website. Just thought it might be faster than waiting for him to send out all those emails/PMs with the link.

I don't mean to take away the fun of receiving all these requests, PastorJoe! Just thought I'd throw the idea out there... it's how I get to your site when I'm using someone else's computer

Pastor Joe... uh, I mean, DR BLINDSTEIN: I LOVE the site!!! You are such a blessing to all of us!!!

God Bless!

I mean absolutely no disrespect to Group...but it really would be easier to just let us post PJ's website right here.  If we can post things like where to find different kinds of papers and lights and party supplies, PJ's site shouldn't be considered any different.  He has put on his site a gathering of info that we have here and made it more easily accsesable and catoragorized.  There are a lot of ideas on here and a lot of people are willing to share their hard work with others.  It's nice to have his site to kind of put it all together.  I don't have a way to post 10 pages of take home sheets here, nor do I have the time to keep up with the request of emailing them to 100 people.  PJ helps us out by putting them onto one website where everyone can access the info.

Again, I mean no disprespect, but what PJ does with his site and on this board is a blessing to many people.  I think that by blocking his site, you are doing more harm than good.  On behalf of many, I ask you to reconsider.  I am thankful for this forum and for Group VBS.  It's hard to imagine using any thing else.  Please make it easier by recognizing PJ's site.

Amen and Amen!

It seems to me PJ is HELPING Group. He certainly is not doing harm. I appreciate all the hard work and time he devotes to making Group look good  (at his expense).  If we can post every other web site, then let's post his and get it over with.

I do not mean to be disrespectful either, but I think this decision needs to be reconsidered.

Echo... ditto... PJ has help many of us promote Power Lab... you and me know where got our ideas... the church as a whole does not know. Once again after trying another program a couple years ago I back to Groups to stay... I missed you-all.

With all of the pictures and ideas that we share makes a differance in how we spread God's Word and Love. PJ, MakeitMike and many others keep up the outstanding work... you-all have made a differance in my outlook... Thank you-all.

I love PJ's site too, but I can sorta see Group's side of this issue. It is NOT the fact that Pastor Joe has all the alternative ideas that causes Group to edit out links to his site - but the fact that his home page (and other pages) link to vendors that SELL competing alternatives to what Group sells.

Group is great to host this forum, where we can share ideas - even include the NAME of places where alternative supplies can be purchased, we just can't give out website links/addresses. We can't use this forum to make it EASY to choose an alternative vendor than Group.

What I think Group should figure out is that those of us that can buy their stuff will continue to buy most of our supplies from them, and those of us who need the small [or no] budget options will find them no matter if they allow direct links or not. I personally love Group and hope my church choses to stay with them for as long as I am here. But I agree that Group could lighten up just a bit on their interpretation of the 'no siting competitors' issue.

God Bless everyone who shares their ideas on this forum! We are all able to share the Word so much better working together than not!

All for His glory!!
~Cassie
