I am sending a confirmation email for all kid's as they register for VBS. However, on the toolbox it does not identify when they registered. Is there a possible way to either add the date they registered or bold the kid's who registerd as we go into the admin side? I am manually going in and keeping a list of email addresses i have sent too but am concerned that I might duplicate emails to parents.

Is this an option?

Nancy

I agree.  We are getting ready to start registration, and were talking about this very issue yesterday.  We will be sending an email along with a permission slip they will sign and return to us.  I think we are going to mark each participant in some way by using an existing field.  I suppose we could add a field asking them to enter the current date.  However, it would be nice to have the date the child registered automatically entered.

Yup!  It's done for you!

From the toybox page where you view participants,

1.  click on 'export list"

2.  click "save"

3.  name it and save it to the desired location then click save again

4. click "open" on the completed download box to immediately acces the file

5.  click "select program from a list"

6. select MS Word

the full list of participants and all their details will be in a table.  scroll right to read the column headings and locate "record create date."  and there it is!

Once you have the document in Word, you can sort the table by column.  That we you can order the children by registration date.

Thanks PP!  I did the export but didn't notice the creation date in the middle of the table.  That will help.
