Chris - love it, love it, love it!!!!

What are the two round light thingys made of?  They look like petri dishes and are blue and pink.  Do they light up??

(My husband just came in and he thinks we are all nuts!!  Wait until I recruit him to build my sets!)

Legoober (6/4/2008)
who has the patience to put the holes in that neat of an order??? :-D

I guess I do. It wasn't as bad as it looks. I drew a grid on the back and x-ed out where the holes go, then used a bamboo skewer to punch them out. The hardest part was putting all the lights into the holes (tough on the thumb). I made two of them.

My biggest problem is going to be with all these cool things that light up, where am I going to plug them in? We have our Sing & Play and Finale in a room that only has one outlet on the stage. Guess my prayer is going to be, "Lord, give us the power."

Just buy an extension plug.  You can add 6-8 plugs into it, although, if you have only a 2-prong plug, you may have to buy an adaptor since most of those extension plugs are 3-prong.

Thank you for sharing the picture!  I am not the most creative person but can usually pull it off if I see a picture.  Our TV is in a cabinet on wheels (looks like yours is as well) and I think I am definitely going to use your idea!  Every year, I've wished I had a way to decorate the TV cabinet but have never come up with anything like this.  PERFECT!  And God bless you for sharing!
