I was at the Field Test for Crocodile Dock and it was AMAZING! The theme is super easy to decorate for and the kids loved it! The Bible Buddies are really cool this year as well!

I'm excited. I think this will be very fun. I've got so much to do for this year, I shouldn't be thinking about next.....but I am!

I'm not sure... I'm quite bit disappointed... maybe becuase i'm not American...I would have liked to see something from another part of the world... AR seemed very "american" as well - was hoping for some branching out.

I'm a little disappointed with Crocodile Dock. I thought Group would do a Bayou theme differently. The Bible Buddies aren't my favorite this year. We also already had a turtle from SCUBA, Tank and now Tucker the Turtle for Crocodile Dock. I'm sure the theme will catch on to me as all the other have in the past. I really like the Roman HolyLand Adventure though. That looks awesome!

I can't get the site to open!    There must be too many people in it!  I need more details!  We just wrapped up Power Lab last week and I'm dying to get started on 2009 VBS!!!

If you give the theme a chance it is really cool! THE KIDS AT THE FIELD TEST LOVED THE THEME! Just give it some time, it really is a very cool theme!

Oh No - there are no Crocodiles in Louisiana! (Well, there could be one or two)  but when you think Louisiana swamp - it's Alligators! Did they even consult anyone from down here?

Thanks! No matter what I'll be doing Crocodile Dock as my VBS 2009. God was really telling me to do Group's 2009 "Easy" VBS. I'm sure I'll catch on a little bit later than everyone else.

I'm sure it will be great. I didn't like the last two themes at first, but Power Lab was the absolute best we've ever done--we had a blast! We had teen crew leaders and this is the first time it has really been smooth with the kids staying with their leader. The greatest joy was 5 kids raised their "fingers" wanting to know more about following Jesus.
