I was debating asking sometime to upload a video of the consistency to youtube or something, but I just found a video on the Steve Spangler site.  http://www.stevespanglerscience.com/content/science-video/steves-february-ellen-appearance

Can anyone confirm that making this the day before worked for them at VBS? I know it works in smaller batches, I'm just concerned about these big batches. I saw that Pam had a little bit of a problem last week. Thanks.

It worked for us.  We needed to add a little bit more water and sort of mix things up, but it was not a problem!

For those who have done the cornstarch thing successfully, what were the dimensions of the box you used? My underbed storage box is pretty standard, about 4 feet long, but my Bible Blast leader is concerned that may be too long. If we use the recommended 24 lbs of cornstarch, will it be deep enough for the kids to get the feel of walking on water?
