| We are shocked at how the church family has rallied around our vbs supplies for decorations.
I wanted to let you know what we did. We bought the big beaker from group. We took the beakers from the clip art and wrote on each one "I will help vbs this year by purchasing..."
Each one had a different item that we needed for vbs. I listed all of the items we need.
Each one I cut out and taped to the big beaker. I put a piece of paper on there asking for each family to choose one or two to buy the supplies. Once they bring the item, they place their name on it and put it on a poster saying "life change in progress, thanks for your help."
Let me tell you,the response has been wonderful. We have gotten 60 hoola hoops, 45 squirt bottles, balls, twisty wind chimers, slinkies, and all kinds of cool things. They have given us
bubble machines, fog machines, lava lamps... Our church is over flowing with cool things for VBS. It really works!

| Awesome! Good idea. I'm glad you're getting such great support. I think that is one of the keys to a great VBS.
