What works best to cut pool noodles?  I've seen several decorations I like using them and would like to try it (gears, dna).

I had great success using my husband's small miter box and a serrated bread knife from the dollar store.

I am a car seat technician installing car seats and we use pool noodles all the time.  We use scissors to cut them.  It is very easy.
