| We do two sessions each day. One in the morning (9am to Noon) and one in the evening (6-9pm).
I was soooo tired this year, but it was worth it!
This week has been a huge blessing in every regard.
Saw over 400 kids attend. Had over 150 leaders volunteer.
Raised almost $5000 in our offering with $2,200 brought in on Thursday for Missions. (Rest goes to help with expenses).
Saw 28 receive Christ; another 21 come for rededication/assurance and 40 (including those saved) commit to baptism.
Our Family Service on Friday Night had over 700 in attendance. Several families have said that they will be coming on Sunday because this was such a blessing to their children.
Biggest blessing was that I didn't have to get in the dunk tank. For the first year, our crew leaders stepped up and did it!!
Of course, I had to be slimed because they reached their attendance goal and offering goal.
We've been doing Group since the Big Red Boat (Group's very first VBS) and this was BY FAR the best ever. I have had several kids and parents say the same thing. Way to go, GROUP!!!!!!
Not as excited about next year's theme yet, but hopefully it'll grow on me?!?
Hope everyone's summer is as awesome as ours.
Now, I'm heading out for a well-deserved vacation!!!

| Thanks for sharing your success/blessing. THat is the most important reason why we do VBS. I pray the all those who committed themselves to Christ would continue to grown in his knowledge and in the "power" of his Spirit. Have a wonderful summer and may your eyes witness the fruit of your hard work and dedication.
