Instead of using fishing line to form the pool noodles, we are using 14" zip ties and just folding the noodle, then pulling the zip tie really tight to hold the loop, then feeding the next one through and zip tying it.  I got the idea from another lady who just finished PL last week.  It's going to save us a ton of time!  :-)
