We love the "Kids praise" cd's (they have 4 or so of them) they are great for worship and we put our own motions to them.  We also use the "everymove I make" cd from willowcreek it has a dvd with it for motions.

I concur with the recommendation of Uncle Charlie praise and worship DVD's.  Being a media geek, I love being able to purchase and download a song at a time or the whol DVD.  The songs load into Mediashout without a hitch and have some incredible graphics.  I highly recommend this resource.  Some songs have motion with them others you can create your own.  By far, this is a great resource for your children's ministry.
