| | We never got the Cinema Science kit (our VBS starts Monday the 21st) but I was able to find most items as follows: Balloon & Hex nut: Balloons at Party City, hex nuts at Ace hardware Ivisible Ink Pen & Black Light: I found "Invisible UV pens" that come with a small black light at Office Max...they were in the office security area next to the "counterfeit pens". Expando Powder: I went to Green Thumb garden center and bought a jar of "Soil Moist" granules...came home and mixed 1 Tablespoon with 1/2 cup of water and it worked....practice a little...it doesn't stay in the cup upside down forever! Reactor Paper: I went to the Staples (office supply store) copy center and took a bottle of Windex with me. I met the NICEST guy who brought out samples of all of his "gold", "goldenrod" paper and let me try them with 'Windex fingers' and we found one that works beautifully. I believe it is "Astrobright Galaxy Gold" paper...I tried to buy it but he insisted on donating a stack "for the kids"....I will be a customer for life! Test tube balloons: We won't need those as we are going to a Science Center on the last day for a field trip but I saw on other postings that a Diaper Genie refill bag is supposed to work... | Just an update,
I still have one partial Cinema Science kit for $6.00, several craft items, books and many CDs (more than 5) See list above for all available. I also have plain white hacky sacks, jars for slime that I listed in a new post.

Slime jars: (not beakers, but clear plastic straight sided jars with white lids:
1 new bag of 24 with jars/lids: $12.00
1 partial bag of 8 with jars/lids: $4.00

Still have Music CDs available for $5 each. 6 Jr. Funologist books, Slime Jars for craft, publicity posters, Bible Buddy Baseball Cards (9 sets)
At church tomorrow, I'll get the last of it: bags from OT and Suncatcher crafts. Not sure how many.
