| Looking for a shofar horn ASAP as we start on Sunday and I didn't have this on my original purchase list. Please email dmeredith@neb.rr.com if you can help us in Nebraska. |

| | You don't have to have the Shofar Horn, it's just an extra supply that adds to the fun! There's a sound effect on the Gathering CD! --Matt

| We were really blessed this year. We have a tree where I hang all sorts of things that we need to borrow or have donated. It seems like some people who might not give money for VBS will give stuff. One day I mentioned to someone that I wished we could afford to buy a real shofar, because it would just be so cool to have one. We had seen them on line for around $100 for a big one. She suggested I put that on the donations tree, and I did. The very next weekend, someone took that item off the tree & put $100 in the offering plate, specifically for a shofar! We just got our shofar last week. It is about 26" long, polished, beautiful, Kudu horn. I ordered it from a site that says it comes from Israel & is certified kosher & certified non-smelly....sure! It is definitely a dead animal part! You don't dare take a whiff inside. But it is beautiful, sounds awesome when you get someone who knows how to blow it, and just a really cool addition to our VBS props. Check it out! http://www.ajudaica.com/item/667_130/Medium+Yemenite+Shofar+-+Polished
