| | Tuesday evening is our VBS PRep nights--A group of ladies from our church come over to my home and we cut glue and paint to make sure all crafts and decorations are ready for VBS which is less then 2 weeks away. This year I feel like we will never be ready-with our sanctuary boarder needing finished and a few large beakers to go plus pool noodles--well you know the list goes on and on--Anyhow I found my self not feeling well last evening and this morning even worse--so bad at 3 pm (still not up to power), that I had to cancel the Prep night-sent everyone a email--apologizing for canceling. A few minutes later my co-director called--asking whats wrong if if she can come get something to work on--I was so tired I couldn't hardly even talk--Told her not to worry we could work on it later this week. I hung up feeling even worse cause I was too sick to get her stuff to work on. About 15 minutes go by and my phone rang again....It was once again my co-director..She told me that when she hung up she went back to her computer....there was an email for both us from our Pastor. It seems that an other church in the area wanted to give us there decorations!!!! My 4 year old attended there VBS--there decorations are Awesome--a few the decorations we could not afford to do because we have no budget and alot of decorations come out of our own pockets!! To top it off he will pack them all up onto his truck and bring them by our church at our convience-All I can say is God will provide--He is awesome!!! God has blessed our VBS so much and we still have 12 days to go, till it starts!! Praise God for his blessings!! I just had to share!! Blessings, Jenn in PA |
