| | Loved your decorations! I'm sure the kids LOVED it! What did you use for the silver tubing? And can you tell me how you did the lighting on stage - picture 2 - with the TV screen. This is what I was thinking about doing, but didn't know how to accomplish it. Again, GREAT JOB. I bet there were a lot of "AHA" moments! Cathy Abundant Joy Fellowship Tarentum, PA |

| Cathy,
Thanks for the encouragement! We used empty carpet "tubes" that we painted grey and silver, we also used dryer venting- it is pretty cheap and a little goes a long way. There are real tvs that are pushed right up behind the back drop- and we also used some cheap clamp lights to light up the front- we hid most of them, but there is one to be seen in the bottom left of the photo. Inside the "lab table" there are flourescent lights under plexiglass- this was an old drafting light table that someone donated.
Good luck!

| Those are big cement molds (my husband said they are for putting footings under decks) we painted them and wrapped them with plastic tablecloths to look like glass tubes- then we made tops out of styrofoam and attatched pool noodles to look like the "feed" pipes. Hope that helps!
