| | I am having a AR kick-off party the Sunday morning (VBS will begin that night) during Sunday school. We will have 5 crews grouped by age that morning (age3/4, Prek/k, gr. 1/2, gr. 3/4, gr. 5/6) and only 55 minutes to do things in. I was thinking about having 2 game stations, 1 snack station, and 2 craft stations. This is where Guildcrafts comes in. I wanted to use the suncatchers and I know these will be fine BUT my question is...... How are the leather braclets where you stamp things on them?? I wanted to have children make those with the religous stamps and wasn't sure how nice they were. Any ideas? I won't be using these with age 3/4, but we will give those kids one that is already made. THANKS for your input!

| I am not familiar with this particular craft from Guildcraft but we used several of their things last year. I was very impressed with their service and quality of the products we ordered. We didn't use any special code or anything but somehow we weren't charged shipping on about 20 bags of colored sand. Once again, I was very impressed.

| Tina, I did use the leather bracelets and stamps for a Leather Shop project at our Jerusalem Marketplace HLA. The kids loved it and it was a very good quality craft. I bought this kit from Tandy Leather since it had enough for 50 crafts. I used the stamps that it came with. There were no Christian symbols otherwise I would have sent those your way. I paid less for the kit back then. Perhaps you can get it cheaper somewhere else or get the braclets and Christian symbol stamps from Guidlcraft. One side note, you may want to use a couple of hammers instead of wooden mallets. They did not work as well as the hammers did.

Partnering with parents to "TRAIN" up our children in the way they should go! |

| | Thanks to all of you!! I will definitely be ordering the bracelets and symbols BUT won't order the wooden hammers. I borrow hammers from people in the congregation and save money at the same time. Was there anything else I need besides the bracelets, hammers and symbols? Thanks again for the help. PJ - I sent you a pm about the avatar. Thanks for the offer! I might need help in using it though.
