Grace UMC located in Mt. Juliet, TN, a growing eastern suburb of Nashville, is seeking a full time Director of Youth Ministry to provide Christian leadership to a dynamic group of 6th grade through 12th grade youth. United Methodist affiliation highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in religion or equivalent experience in youth leadership.
This individual should possess a passion and heart for youth as well as strong leadership in curriculum and programming. Musical background a plus, but not required. Must have ability to coordinate programs that promote spiritual growth through Bible study, worship, local outreach, music, mission opportunities, retreats, and other activities/special events. Salary commensurate with experience.
