| We have our 4th, 5th, and 6th graders combined for Sunday Morning and Wednesdays. We are beginning to use Grapple for fall 2008. Has anyone ever used it for both Sunday and Wednesday. Many curriculum has enough to split it between two lessons. It is the same group of kids for both. Has anyone done this before? Thanks. ~JK

| I would love to know how this works out for your church if you decided to meet two times a week. We are just looking into having this program. We would also do it for Sunday School and then on Wed nights. The church only has Wed night activities about 24 -30 weeks out of the year because they follow more of a school calendar. This would mean that for the majority of the year the kids will only meet one time a week. Thanks

We used to meet for 2 hours each Sunday evening and never ran out of activities. (We are back to 1 hour, so we can have a snack supper. The kids really miss the extra activity time so much so that they want to leave dinner early so we can get more done... of course, I'm thrilled to accommodate their request!)
If I had 2 separate hours, I would start the lesson on Sunday.
Would give them the Grapple Dare on Sundays & Wednesdays, but set aside special time on Sunday AM's to check in with the kids about how they accomplished last week's Dare.
Do the online quiz questions together in Grapple teams on Sunday (for a small group activity) - Then dive into Grapple time Bible Study on Wednesdays.
Play a game at each session. You will never run out & it would allow them to replay fave games.
Do the large group activities on Sunday AM - On Wednesday, after Grapple time, give the kids extra time to create their Grapple time reports.
Grapple Prayer - Use a Toss 'n Tell Prayer Ball for prayer time (both sessions) for even more prayer choices.
You can split the lesson up several other ways! Add extra activities.... even bring in laptops & take time to introduce the website...
Hope this gives you some ideas.
