| I'm looking for ideas on how to decorate to reflects the fall quarter. This is our first experience with Bible Blitz - I'm really excited about it and would love to decorate the children's classroom and have the kids all excited to be doing something different. Thank you, Melissa

| Don't know if anyone is following this area of the board, but here's what I'm planning for Fall 2009: On the wall near each kid-size table that seats 6 will be a posterboard with a removable sign-in sheet attached. It will be labeled for the crew's color - red, green, blue, etc. Each week as kids come in they will sign in to a crew based on grade. Each crew will try to have one kid from each grade, like in VBS. The crew leaders will be at the poster to help that happen. Each week I will put up new sign in sheets, because we don't usually have the same kids every week. Plus that means they don't have to be in the same crew every week, unless they want to. The rest of the wall will have cutout hands in bright colors (Hands-On, get it?) and other brightly colored decor. On each table will be a carrier holding enough scissors, pencils, markers, glue sticks, etc. for each crew, and be in the crew's color (got them from OTC), plus a Hands-On Bible and whatever is needed for that week. I may have a place to add Bible story art and key verse and point posters as needed. Hopefully it will be simple, but pleasing. I just hope the system works....
