Full-time Youth Director Position

Salary package includes benefits and is contingent on experience. Applicant must have experience starting up a youth ministry. Minimum requirements: A bachelor’s degree plus two years experience as a full-time youth director, OR six years experience as a full-time youth director. Candidate must have demonstrated the ability to organize and lead others (youth and adults) in developing and carrying out a planned program. He or she must also have the ability to lead in Bible study, education, youth activities, and committees. A music background or interest in music would be a plus. A Lutheran Christian background is required.
