I have 14 PM's and need help to get rid of them! I don't want to delte them all really, but if someone can tell me how to delete them all, then i'll do it! My Inbox is almost full!

Hi Jake - Have you tried clicking on "Empty PM Folders in the Private message box on the left hand side? It will take you to another screen. Follow directions to delete. Hope this helps! Lisa

Jake...I THINK you have to click the box aside of each and then use the "Move to" button at the bottom to move to trash...THEN, use the "empty" and choose the trash folder...kind of complicated, I know! Kimberly

Hi Jake - Any luck? I just emptied my deleted messages by clicking on the Empty PM Folders box. You will see a list of your folders. Click the box on the right of PM Folders, then click on the Empty Selected Folder (wording not exact) at the bottom. Worked for me!
