For the past year, I have had countless phone interviews and multiple in person interview and I have come close to finding a youth pastor position but for one reason or another, I have not been chosen.
I've decided that perhaps I need more time to grow and get more experience.
Therefore, I am looking for a Church in NE Ohio or Western PA that cannot pay a youth pastor but could use someone to either run an established program or build something from scratch. I can also work in Children's ministry as well or both. The only thing I want in return is to work with someone that will mentor me in ministry. I also would like to see a significant budget for the program.
I am a 12 year vet of Children/Youth ministry with experience in growing and building programs from scratch. My main focus is on mentoring, evangelism and outreachI have been a volunteer and I have been on staff part time. I just really want to obey God's calling on my life.
If you are interested in talking to me, please e-mail me at Fobers71@gmail.com. I have attached my resume and ministry philosophy below.
