| The store does not have craft banners like previous HLA. But I saw a sign on the preview video that showed one for the food shop. Where did it come from?

| In the past, Group has always had the names of the different marketplace stations and their symbols on the Clipart, Decorating, & Publicity CD. Maybe Group will give us the clipart and we can make our own marketplace station signs? Jody, can you tell us if Group will be giving us clipart to make marketplace station signs for Rome? Why weren't marketplace station signs made available for sale? God Bless, Josh

| We have had the various shopkeepers make their own signs, or had someone just paint the name on a piece of rough wood, for hopefully a more "authentic" look. If you were in a real open-air market, the signs, if there were any, would not be all the same, neatly printed on a poster or banner! The year we did Galilee, my husband found pieces of driftwood and made signs out of them.

Last year, we found some OLD pallets and had one of our guys take them apart and cut them to the sizes we wanted. He then drilled two holes at the top and at the bottom for us to run jute through to hang them. Then we simply painted on the name of the shops in black. The reason for the holes at both top and bottom is that we had the name in both English and in Hebrew. If you call Home Depot, Lowes, etc., you may be able to get them to give you a couple of their old pallets. The older ones are better, because they are a little beat up and look a little more "rustic."
Isaiah 40:31
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

| Hey Josh and All, I printed the shop signs today off of the Rome clip art CD. They are really nice. Our printer will print 11X 17 and then I took it to the teacher center and laminated them. I also printed the family symbols and glued them on construction sheets, laminated them, and I intend to cut them out to look like flags to use in plase of tribe flags! -Sgill

I don't have the decorating CD at home with me right now, but am certain we got the marketplace shop signs on that. We had signs for every shop. I do recall that it took some searching on the CD to locate them.
We do have a man in the church who has a printing business, so we had him make them bigger for us.

| We printed ours from the clip art cd also and they turned out wonderfully. The background detail is beautiful! We then laminated them, I am going to put hole punches in them, add twine and then I'll hang them from our tents.

| I had the Marketplace banners printed on 11 x 17 at the printshop. I didn't even laminate them. They stayed nice all week long. We use our Fellowship Hall for our Marketplace and hang large sheets from our drop ceiling. I just used safety pins to pin them to the sheets.
