It's Sunday after the conference and I pray that everyone got home safely and are already taking steps to begin your own ministry renovation at your church.

I can't tell you how wonderful it was to meet you all and to hear the celebrations that you shared about what's happening in your ministry! Remember to share those celebrations with the people in your perimeter and be on the lookout for those potential volunteers.

I look forward to hearing how God continues to work through your team to build His kingdom!

Hi Lisa,

I can't begin to tell you how energized I felt after leaving the conference!  It was wonderful getting to talk with people who are in the same boat as I am.  Sometimes I feel like people within the congregation don't "get" children's ministry, but when I was able to meet up with some of my fellow Children's ministry workers, we "got" each other.  I have already started planning my teacher/volunteer sessions and am so excited about the results.  Thanks for adding some creativity to the process.

Hi Brandy!

It is so good to hear from you and see how your ministry has been blessed by the HOW2 conference experience.

Weekend after next, I will become a HOW2 participant and will be taking my OWN team of 6 to HOW2 in Raleigh. I can't WAIT to see their reactions and hear what ideas God gives them as they experience the general sessions and breakout workshops. Selfishly, I personally can't wait to experience the energizing networking and brainstorming during breakouts.

Be sure to keep in touch and network with the people you met in Murfreesboro. Those same people who "get it" can be the people who will continue to encourage, energize and renew your ministry with their insights and ideas for years to come!
