Many thanks to Denise, Jennifer, Lori, Eric for a wonderful weekend packed with insights and ideas! Our team is renewed and excited about taking the next step.
The most interesting thing for our team is that we graded ourselves very low during the Friday night session... only to find out Saturday afternoon that we had really been looking at the glass half empty. We are on track in some key areas. (that was a Sat. afternoon ah-hah!)
We will still strive to improve in all areas (weak and strong!) and will continue to evaluation our ministry with a critical eye. I guess what I picked up for my team is being critical and honest with ourselves is imperative, but NEVER at the exclusion of celebration where we ARE on track!
