| Hi, everyone! I am new to directing VBS. None of our past directors used much more than Wordperfect Documents. I am wanting to bring us into the 21st century. I had started building a database for our registration. Then, I came across the information about the Web Toy Box. I cannot really decide what to do until I know what the Toy Box can do. Could anyone tell me how it has helped your registration process? What kinds of things can you keep track of in the Toy Box? Does it have the capability to print attendance reports? Any other information that you feel would be helpful to me would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!!!!! Patricia Miller

The Web Toy Box allows you to promote your VBS online with a custom website you can create. Participants and volunteers can sign up for your VBS. Once you have people signing up, you can create crews, put participants and volunteers into crews. You can track attendance during your VBS. There is even a calendar that you can set up to remind you of your planning tasks.
Almost all of the information can be either printed or exported to excel.

Based on what I read, it also has a supplies list for the whole VBS. I think that is GREAT! Especialy if we can customize it. Can we do that? I've never used it eighther. I'm a Groupie Newbee.
