Idea for a funny and easy game.

Blow up six balloons.  Use glue dots to stick on some giant google eyes.  Draw some arms and a silly mouth on the frog.

Print out and cut out the attached "feet" for your frogs on card stock.  Punch a hole near the back and slip the knot of the balloon through the hole.  Use packing tape (or duck tape) to secure the feet to the balloon on the bottom.

Tape a couple of pennies to the bottom of the feet near the front.

Tape a round blue plastic table cloth onto the floor.  Cut out a couple of lily pad shapes and tape them around.

Then the children throw the frogs and try to get them to land on the lily pads.  It's actually harder than you might think!

We are all set up and ready to go for tomorrow night!  Can't wait!

We're doing:

  • Blow up croc toss using a hula hoop on the ceiling
  • Buddy ring toss using 2liters filled with water and a picture of the buddies on each one
  • baby toy animals floating in the pool along with "bubbles" (left over from Power Lab! LOL) and the kids have to try to net the animals but not catch the bubbles!
  • Slime!!!!
  • Sucker Pull
  • Fishing Game with cane poles and someone behind a divider putting on little prizes and toys.
  • Palace Plague which is tossing toy frogs into a series of buckets sort of like skee ball.
  • Bounce house
  • Free coffee, hot chocolate and cookies for parents outside
  • Storytime (Day 1 Finale since we didn't do those :crazy

Of course, the tree and shack are set up and covered with spider webs (some authentic after months in storage!  LOL).

Just wanted to share that last night we had over 100 kids (plus adults) through the doors of our SWAMP STOMP!  They had a great time. The local news even came (I did invite them!).

It was a great time!  The frog game was a big hit as you can see below:
