One of my teens always shows up to yg totally exhausted and out of it.  He's a nice kid  but I'm worried about how spaced he is.  One of my college students was back home on spring break and asked me about this spacey kid.  The college student noticed the kid is worse than ever and that he mentioned something about some drug paraphenalia.  How do I proceed.  I'm been working at getting this kid comfortable coming to yg and he just started bringing his girlfriend as well but if there is a drug issue I need to do something...don't I?

Any insight, advice, prayers would be soooo helpful

Who are you to reach? Probably the kid on drugs. Sounds like you are doing your job as a youth ministry.

I would say talk to him about it. Share your heart and your concern for him. Also share your responsibility to the other students and their parents and that he can't bring drugs or paraphernalia with him and it would be great to not come high either.
