When do you like to offer Sunday School orientation and training for your teachers? Why?
I like to offer training 2 weeks before the teachers get their new cl. Usually that's 2 weeks before Labor Day weekend which means people are back from Summer vacation travel. It also gives teachers a chance to meet new team members, plan their schedules for the fall, and go over their new curriculum before the year begins.

| I also do a training in the fall before the new year but then also do 2-3 trainings throughout the year to keep the momentum up, encourage teachers and bring up new ideas. Often times, just getting the teachers together conversing about their cl encourages each other.
