Hello my name is Frankie Ammons I'm turning 28 years old May 21st. I married to my wonderful wife Melinda and we have 2 girls 5 months and 5 years old. I have been in ministry of some short since I was 17 years old. (visit http://www.frankieammons.com)

Im currently a youth & young adult pastor of a church in new port richey, florida that has alot of great things about it but lacks what we believe it is to reach people from the leadership and simply its desire. Dont get me wrong the church is great and so are the people but reaching people seems to the furthest from their hearts.
I dont want go out and search for a new job in the ministry, so I thought it would be best to post my desires and the needs my wife and I believe God may possibly have in store for us.
Our heart first and foremost is to be apart of ministry that can feed, learn, and help us grow closer to God as a family.
Secondly with every ounce of our beings we want to reach people daily with the love of God using unique and creative ways to do so such as...
Sports Outreach
Coffee Spots,
Sidewalk Sunday School
Serve Projects
Relationship Builders
& more.
Now currently we serve as youth & young adult pastors and we love doing this because these groups easily rally around trying to make a impact in the communities. So we are very open to continuing serving in these areas and growing them as well as outreach.
Mainly we want to be apart of ministry that wants to grow through relationships, outreach, and community involvement.
Now one day we believe God will call us to pastor a church or a campus location but feel we still have much to learn before that time is to come. It would be ideal to be apart of a ministry that has a vision for a multi site ministry or church planting for the future.
Our church background is Assembly of God, Church of God, and Non Demo...so we are open to a variety churches.
We live simple lives and don't need much to live because we believe serving God first and blessing others is what leads to a blessed life for ourselves as well.
Just to be upfront and honest to accept a offer from a ministry we will need a minimum of $20k a year plus moving expenses.
