| | I've already sent some suggestions to Group for information I'd like to see added to the web toybox. I'd be interested to see whether other Directors have the same needs. If we can come up with some common ideas it might help Group to improve the next version. I sent a suggestion to Group that I need to know what age group the volunteers are (by grade in school, adult under 21, adult 21 or older) since this affects how I assign them. Is this something that others would find useful? Liz |

| | Definitely...maybe something as simple as age jr. high, high school, and adult. I'd also like to see Registration Team and Decorating Team added to the drop down box on the volunteer form, especially since they're listed in the volunteer opportunities. I know they have an "other", but there are plenty of "other" possibilities besides these.

| | If we could drop the word "Leader" from the job choices, it might be less daunting for the person who wants to sign up for crafts, but not *lead* crafts. I'd like a box on the volunteer form where registrants can indicate if they are youth or adult helpers. Kirsten

| I'd like to have an optional box to ask for T-shirt size. Although I wrote a note on my main page asking to place the size in the comments section, people aren't putting in their sizes.

| | I'd like to see two things. One: an easier url for the printed bulletin. We don't have a church website so our parents will have to type the long url to find it. Or even a search function at the main VBS page. Two: For the Volunteer positions in the drop down box to disappear when those positions are full. ie 4 volunteers for crafts then the position is full. |

| I'd rather see the ability to remove a position. The first four names might not be the best for the job so having extra volunteer might be good. You could then contact the additional people to discuss different positions. If it is by number of positions, then zero needs to be a valid entry so that some positions disappear from the beginning, like preschool for those of us that don't use it.

| Personally I would like the volunteer and registration forms to be a little bit more customizable. Beacuse our church has little "extras" that we add in, it is hard to have volunteers sign up online. For now though, I just put the volunteer forms in the bulletin. Rebecca in CA
